Yeah…. If you’re thinking about going, go. Like just go. Whatever your reason for not going… you’re wrong. It’s soooooooooooo good. Look at these pictures like the food will change your week, no it’ll change your month. The bartender was so cool and knowledgeable and the host/food runner is so nice and upbeat it makes you wanna stay longer, the beer list is exactly what you want without being overwhelming. It’s right by the capital building so super safe and easy access. Did I mention the food was so freaking good because… it was. Go here, live a better life, be happy, you deserve it.
We stopped in for dinner on our trip from North Carolina. Jeff was a fantastic server, extremely friendly, helpful and very funny! We got the prime rib sandwich and the shrimp tacos. Both were out of this world. Portions were great, more than enough food! We will definitely be stopping again on our next trip.
Speakeasy is a wonderful place to come unwind after a long day at work. This is what I enjoyed during happy hour—12 wings for just $10 and $1 off a glass of wine. The staff was very attentive, and the patio area is beautiful and relaxing. Definitely a must-visit spot!
This place was so interesting! Old fashioned feel to it. The food was great! The drinks were flavorful and strong. The stairs to the second level were steep. Visited on a Sunday and it was hard to find parking close. Would totally go again tho!
I’m a little late on this review. A few weeks ago I made my third stop at the speakeasy for dinner with my son coming through Harrisburg from the Corvair ranch in Gettysburg. This place never a disappoints. Great bartenders, vibe and the food is amazing. Looking to always try something different it’s hard for me not to order the Cubano sandwich. Best Cubano sandwich ever… This place is a must stop when traveling through Harrisburg Pa.
Me and my boyfriend came to PA for a weekend getaway we tried this place for the first time and the food was delicious. I got the chicken and waffle didnt care to much for the waffle so was able to swap it for some scrambled eggs. My boyfriend got the steak and eggs and the steak was so tender and delicious the pictures attached speaks for it self this place was way affordable then if we had ordered some thing like this in VA
We have been here a couple times now and gotten quality food and service both times. Todays waitress in particular was great, checking with the kitchen on details and possible substitutions. Food was reasonably priced and tasty. I forgot my credit card at the table and the waitress ran a block in the rain to find us and get it to us! Definitely recommend, good food and great people here!
Delicious and lovely place! My sister did feel the lamb chops were too seasoned for her liking, but that didn't stop anything from being delious. The roof was lovely right after sunset.
My wife and I stopped into The Sturges Speakeasy in Harrisburg and really enjoyed the friendly staff and great location right in the heart of things. The food was solid and the atmosphere had that classic pub feel that made it easy to relax and have a good time. We’d definitely recommend it.
